How to request deletion

To request deletion of your Blyp account and associated data, email us at:

privacy@blyplive.com

In your email, include:

• The email address you used to sign in to Blyp (or the phone number if you signed in with phone).
• Your Blyp username/handle (if known).
• The words: Delete my Blyp account

Delete some data (without deleting your account)

If you want certain data deleted but want to keep your Blyp account active, email privacy@blyplive.com and describe what you want deleted.

Examples:

• Delete a specific post/video (include a link or screenshot and approximate date/time)
• Delete specific profile fields (e.g., display name, bio, avatar)
• Delete specific comments you authored (include the post link and comment text)

What will be deleted

Once we verify the request, we delete or anonymize (where required) data associated with your account, which may include:

• Your profile (username, display name, avatar, bio, etc.)
• Your posts, comments, likes, and follow relationships
• Live-related records (sessions/participation metadata)

What may be retained

We may retain limited information when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes. If retained, it will be restricted and minimized.

Timeframe

We typically complete deletion within 30 days of verifying the request.
